Goli has been developing and providing customized trainings to her clients and teaching group exercise classes in Dubai since 2008 . Her clients range from business executives, members of the Royal family who need continuous programs to balance with their demanding travel needs, to individuals with a wide range of rehabilitation challenges.
Goli has also appeared in various publications such as Shape, Men’s Fitness, Time Out and Positive Med where she published an array of fitness articles and videos over the past years.
Coaching and teaching since 2000, Goli’s recent focus has indeed been toward more rehabilitation-oriented fitness such as Pilates, Reformer & Aerial Yoga where she is driven by her ability to improve her clients quality of life – both physically and mentally.
“It is amazing to support my clients and help them realize a physical change, but I’m really inspired when I am able to see them go through a broader psychological transformation where they also discover how mentally strong they can be after having challenged their limits with me. Improving one’s lifestyle through fitness and a healthy mindset keeps me motivated daily.
